It has been almost three weeks since Suzy’s contract with JYP Entertainment expired, and the terms of renewal are still being discussed.
On April 20th, JYP Entertainment released a statement when asked about an update on their ongoing negotiations with singer and actress, Suzy.

Suzy’s exclusive contract with JYP Entertainment expired on March 31, and she has been receiving continuous support on her ongoing projects as a free agent while a new agreement is being arranged. She is currently filming for the upcoming SBS drama, While You Were Sleeping.
With Suzy being a free agent, miss A’s future as a group remains unclear. Although member Fei has decided to re-sign with the agency, Min is still discussing her options.
