She admitted that as great as being dubbed with the image is, she wants to be sexy too, stating, “I really like the ‘Nation’s First Love’ title. I didn’t know I could have that title. But if I had to pick out a negative point, it’s that the image is so strong that if I put on even a little more eyeliner, my fans find it awkward.”
She continued, “I want to try out new things and I want to be sexy on stage, but the response is always, ‘Why are you putting that on Suzy?’. But when I wear feminine, white clothes, people say, ‘It’s pretty’, and ‘This is good’. So I end up wearing the feminine, white things anyway,” and went on to prove her point by dancing ‘Good Bye Baby‘ sexily.
