AOMG, founded by Jay Park, formerly of 2PM and now a successful solo R&B/hip-hop artist in his own right, announced today that the label has added a new artist to the already amazing roster, R&B singer, Hoody.
AOMG is known for being a label of all men. From DJ Wegun, and DJ Pumkin, to Simon Dominic (who is co-CEO), ELO, Ugly Duck, LOCO, Gray, and Jay Park, himself. Now we get to experience a different colour in the spectrum of testosterone as the first woman to be signed to the label. Many recall that Hoody was recently featured on Jay Park’s single ‘Solo’ back in October. Two days ago, on December 10, the AOMG Facebook uploaded a picture dropping the hint they were going to announce a new artist on Saturday.
On December 12the, The second anniversary party of AOMG was held. At the party, the announcement that Hoody would be the newest label mate was made known and on various Instagrams, such as Hoody Kim’s, the confirmation was given as she thanked her new label.
Hoody is credited as a new singer and producer for the company. She is featured on a few tracks, not only with Jay Park, but also with Teengirl Fantasy’s ‘U Touch Me’ and her own solo song, ‘Baby Oh Baby,’ both in 2014.
