As the first Korean artist to break onto the Oricon charts in 2002 with her album, “Listen to My Heart,” BoA returned to the Japanese market in 2012 with the Japanese version of her 7th Korean album, “Only One.”

On the 16th of October in 2012, she released a single for Hyundai’s “Premium Younique Lifestyle” campaign, featuring The Quiett.

This year on January 13th, she released, “Disturbance,” whose music video contained Taemin of the Korean idol group, SHINee. This single was released to celebrate her first solo concert.

BoA’s 23rd Japanese single, “Tail of Hope” is set to be released on June 26th, 2013. The new single is the theme song for the J-Drama, “Hakui no Namida,” and the single will also contain the Japanese version of “Disturbance.”
