Recently TVXQ’s Yunho brought Girl’s Day’s album thinking it was his own!
On January 9th, TVXQ appeared as guests on SBS Power FM’s Cultwo Show where Yunho shared his story. “I was so surprised when I found out. We’re even promoting around the same time, Girl’s Day’s album actually came out first, but I didn’t know. I just heard that the songs were out so I started buying everything before I realized I bought all of Girl’s Day’s songs. The mood is a bit different. I was listening to it, and instead of the bass guitar, it was actually a more delicate mood, so I was so surprised.”
Yunho also asked listeners to love “Something” from both Girl’s Day and TVXQ. Cultwo added later on that Girl’s Day would be appearing as guests after TVXQ. Therefore Changmin asked the staff to accidentally turn on TVXQ’s “Something” instead. Cultwo replied, “It’s a live performance. If we play the wrong song, Girl’s Day will have to sing your song instead.”
