UnPretty Rap-star‘s “Tymee,” explains how it is like to be in love secretly, together with “Subin” of “Dal★Shabet,” in the song “Love Is.”
One great love song released in this season indeed. Tymee and Subin make a great combination for such a blissful song. I fell in love over and over again and definitely you will too. Every word of the song explains beautiful feelings of a love unsaid. The strong voices of the duo over-take the music perfectly, even though the song is of a hip-hop genre.
I kind of like videos that show studio recordings. It makes me enjoy the song more. I think it is another reason that I am more attracted this song. In the video, the simplicity shines through. Tymee’s singing on a beautiful beach for a while, and then we’re given seconds of scenes from a friends’ outing, which take the video into a whole other concept. It feels like the story she’s telling is hidden in the video for the viewers to find out.
The video made me pay more attention to the music, vocals, and lyrics of the song. The whole experience is definitely ‘daebak!’ I fell for the lyrics, and they make me want to sing along.
