U-KISS’ Dongho has been recently released from the hospital, after suffering from pleurisy (inflammation in the lungs).
The idol was sent to the emergency room last week —canceling all his promotional activities with the group— to receive medical treatment for his lung issues. His agency, NH Media, announced on the 18th of October: “Dongho has been discharged (from the hospital) after receiving surgery on the 15th. His health has greatly improved.”
However, Dongho has not recovered completely. He will be resting at his home for the time being. NH Media stated: “He has not recovered completely yet, so he’s resting at home. We’ll be checking in on his condition every day to figure out when he’ll be able to continue his schedule and join U-KISS promotions.”
