Drama production company Group 8 will be co-producing the Chinese version of the popular drama “Full House.”

Group 8 is responsible for producing dramas like “Princess Hours,” “Boys Over Flowers,” “Couple or Trouble,” and more recently, “Naeil’s Cantabile.”

On October 17th, they announced, “We’ll be joining hands with China’s Asia Media Holdings and co-produce the Chinese version of drama Full House.”

The Chinese version will have U-KISSEli as the male lead, and will be directed by Lee Min Chul PD, who has also directed “Can’t Take It Anymore” and “21st Century Family.”

The leading actress still has not been chosen, but during a press conference held on the 23rd in Shanghai, it was announced that it will be decided soon, and filming will start in December.

U-KISS’ Kevin even tweeted his congratulations to his fellow member.
