Officially KMusic has been keeping you up to date as the four units of Starship Entertainment and Yuehwa Entertainment’s collaborative new 12 member girl group slowly become revealed.
We have met the Wonder Unit consisting of Cheng Xiao, Bona, and Dayoung. We said hello to the Joy Unit whom was made up with Xuan Yi, EunSeo, and Yeoreum. Now we welcome the Sweet Unit! This unit seems to celebrate the quiet and angelic members of Cosmic Girls.
SeolA is known for looking tough but will melt your heart with her emotional vocals. EXY, this was a member we knew was definitely going to be a part of the group we just didn’t know which unit she would appear in, seems to be the leader of the group as a whole. She was on ‘Unpretty Rapstar’ and has already shown the world she can spit raps behind that sweet demeanor. Soobin is the happy virus of the group, spreading smiles all around with her harmonious voice and bright looks.
Much like their brother group, UNIQ, Cosmic Girls will be having a dual debut and have their foot in the door in both Korea and China. Performing as one unity, this will be the biggest group Starship has under their belt, along with being the second girl group for the company as well. This has proven pretty successful for TOP Media’s rookie group, UP10TION.
