Henceforth news of YG Entertainment teaming up with broadcasting station, SBS, for a new variety show – the show has been unveiled to be “Flower Crew“!
On August 20th, an informant spoke with Ilgan Sports and disclosed, “YG Entertainment and SBS will be partnering up to produce ‘Flower Crew.'”
“Flower Crew” has received positive response with its pilot episode which was originally aired on Naver V App and then later on SBS.
The pilot’s cast members consisted of Ahn Jung Hwan, BTS‘s Jungkook, Jo Se Ho, Kim Min Seok, Seo Jang Hoon, and Yoo Byung Jae. Nonetheless, Jungkook and Kim Min Seok will not be a part of the regular programming due to their swamped schedules. Thus Sechs Kies’s Eun Ji Won and Lee Jae Jin will be joining the show in their position.
Eun Ji Won has had an abundance of variety show experience having been a cast member in “2 Nights & 1 Day,” “New Journey to the West,” and more. Additionally, Sechs Kies and Yoo Byung Jae are both signed under YG Entertainment.
The pilot episode of the new variety show will air on September 5th 2016 at 11 p.m. KST.
