ZE:A‘s Kwanghee will be returning to ‘Inkigayo‘ as a special MC before he enlists for military. It was announced on the 6th of February that Kwanghee will be the special MC on the 12th of February broadcast. He will be hosting it along side the new and current ‘Inkigayo’ hosts: GOT7‘s Jinyoung, Blackpink‘s Jisoo and NCT‘s Doyoung.
This has come by since Kwanghee was previously a main MC host for ‘Inkigayo’ during December 2012 and had held this position for about two years. This has made him the longest idol to hold this MC position. Hence, the producing director, Jo Moon Joo, and the other producers had decided to allow Kwanghee back on ‘Inkigayo’ before he enlists in the military. Jo Moon Joo PD also stated, ‘Kwanghee had a lot of passion for ‘Inkigayo’ and so we thought it would be nice to have Kwanghee back as a special MC, which he readily responded and agreed upon’.
So Kwanghee will be the special MC on the February 12th broadcast where it is certain that he will be giving tips on the know-hows for the new ‘Inkigayo’ hosts. So be sure to check out the live broadcast of ‘Inkigayo’ with Kwanghee on 12th of February.
