Zico of Block B, reported to be revealing a new face of him in the form of a ballad singer this January.
It is confirmed, Zico, who took over the Korean hip-hop industry at the end of last year with his back-to-back releases ‘Boys and Girls’, ‘Eureka’, ‘Pride and Prejudice’ and ‘Vini Vidi Vici’, will be releasing a ballad somewhere in this month.
However, we are sad to hear that he won’t be doing any promotions or won’t be involved in any broadcasting activities with regard to this release.
One of his last releases hints at a possible sound for this promised ballad: ‘Pride and Prejudice’ featured the talented soloist Suran was already a deep and heartfelt song but Zico took it to a new level with a special live band version.
Since ballads are not new to Zico, remember Block-B has several popular ballads, I believe Zico will kick it off well as a ballad singer too. Let us know what you think about this.
